    If only there was a no star rating. Food below par, staff rude and when asked for a tap water (in addition to several drinks and food orders) was given a glass to go fill in the bathroom. Good old service with a smile? Not here. Go to the s. c.. It may be busy but theres a reason why this place is empty...and up for sale. Word of mouth thanks to the internet speaks volumes. Nearly a year since the last posters experience and nothing has changed.

    Three of us had lunch here after cycling from Richmond in horrendous weather conditions . We were soaked through and dried our gear on the radiator and waited on by a friendly lady with good food at very reasonable cost. I had to return here half an hour later due to a mechanical breakdown and spent the whole afternoon until closing time here as I had to wait for my friend to cycle back to Richmond (50miles) and return in his car to pick me up. I spent the afternoon drinking tea & chatting to the owner and was never made to feel I had over stayed!

    I entered one day here to look for a product and I could not find it. I asked one of the staff members and he was very polite and helped me. I saw that they didnt had some product for another client and he explain very nicely with what product it can be replaced. I think every customer comes out from here very happy and with a full bag.
